Because our services are purely digital and time-based, our operational policies differ from traditional retail websites. Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment. By scheduling a session and completing your payment on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICE APPLICABILITY

Future Point Astrology operates strictly as an online professional consultation service. We do not sell, stock, pack, or ship any physical goods, gemstones, or tangible items through this website.

Because our offerings consist entirely of professional time, analytical expertise, and digital advisory services, traditional “product returns” or physical exchanges are completely inapplicable to our business model. Every booking represents a dedicated block of time reserved exclusively for you, during which Astrologer Subhajit Banerjee prepares and analyzes your specific birth charts.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY PRIOR TO THE CONSULTATION

We understand that unexpected plan changes can happen. You are fully entitled to request a cancellation and a full refund of your payment only if the request is made before the scheduled consultation takes place.

To qualify for a refund, you must formally submit your cancellation request via email to info@astrosubhajitfpa.in or contact us via phone at +91 9433171490 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment slot. This notice allows us enough time to open the slot for other clients who may be waiting for a consultation.

Important Note on Transaction Fees: In the event of an eligible pre-consultation refund, the payment gateway processing fees charged by our third-party vendors (Visa, Mastercard, UPI networks) may be deducted from the total refund amount, depending on the rules of the financial intermediary at the time of the transaction.

3. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY POST-CONSULTATION

Our core philosophy balances professional dedication with mutual respect for time. The preparation of an accurate astrological reading involves significant offline research, mathematical calculations using your birth data, and chart analysis before we even begin our live or voice session.

Consequently, once the consultation has been delivered, completed, or the scheduled time has elapsed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Astrology is an interpretive science based on ancient Vedic principles. We guarantee our highest professional commitment, time, and traditional expertise; however, we cannot guarantee that you will subjectively “like” the predictions, or that specific cosmic alignments will unfold exactly according to your personal expectations. Refunds will not be granted based on a disagreement with the astrological insights provided or a dislike of the reading’s content.

4. POLICY ON “NO-SHOWS” AND LATE ARRIVALS

When you book a session, that specific hour or time block is locked for you and cannot be given to any other seeker.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled online or telephonic consultation without giving us prior notice, the session will be marked as a “No-Show.” Because that time slot has passed and cannot be reclaimed, No-Shows are completely non-refundable.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your scheduled digital appointment, the session will still end at its original designated time so that subsequent clients are not delayed. We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated discounts for time lost due to a client’s late arrival.

5. AN ALTERNATIVE: RESCHEDULING YOUR SESSION

Instead of cancelling your appointment and seeking a refund, we highly encourage you to utilize our flexible rescheduling option. If you realize you cannot make your slot due to a sudden emergency, you can request to move your consultation to a future available date and time.

Rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the original session. There are no additional fees or penalties for rescheduling your appointment under these guidelines, and your original payment will be fully credited toward your new date.

6. EXCEPTIONS INITIATED BY THE COMPANY

While we make every effort to honor scheduled appointments, rare situations may arise where the astrologer faces an emergency, health issue, or technical/connectivity failure that prevents us from conducting the session.

In the highly unlikely event that Future Point Astrology has to cancel or postpone your appointment from our side, you will be notified immediately. You will be given the top-priority option to either:

  1. Reschedule your appointment to the earliest available preferred slot, or
  2. Receive an immediate, 100% full refund of your booking fee, without any deductions.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND & TIMELINES

If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 and need to initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Send an explicit email to info@astrosubhajitfpa.in with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Booking Date]”.
  • Include your booking reference details, the registered phone number used during payment, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Once reviewed and verified as a valid pre-consultation cancellation, we will approve the request.

Approved refunds are processed directly back to the original payment source (your specific bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI ID). Due to standard banking channels and processing times within the Indian banking ecosystem, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account statement.
